A Sovereign Shift: The Future of FSA Education and Healing the Scapegoat Wound on Substack
Leading the way to higher ground. Why I am focusing my original thought on developing 12 new online Courses to aid the Source-level work of FSA Recovery.
Dear Valued Subscribers,
I am writing to you today from a place of profound clarity and “Wide Awake” energy.
As the originating source of Family Scapegoating Abuse (FSA) Research and Education™, my mission has always been to provide the foundational infrastructure for your recovery. My first task was to name this insidious and poorly understood form of systemic abuse. My next task was to ensure that the FSA term and related concepts are recognized and accepted by peer-reviewed public health and medical journals.
Now, with those milestones secured, I am turning my full attention to the ‘How’ of FSA healing and recovery: Specifically, I am creating the structural frameworks that invite deep and sustained healing via the Kintsugi Method for FSA Recovery™.
“Because FSA and FSA recovery has recently become a ‘trending’ topic in the digital landscape, it is more important than ever that you have access to the Original Source Material. My focus is on maintaining the clinical integrity and spiritual depth of this work, ensuring it remains undiluted and true to the rigorous standards I have established over the last two decades.”
To honor that mission—and to ensure I am providing the highest level of guidance for the legacy work ahead—I am making several strategic changes to how I deliver my content here on Substack, as follows:
1. The ‘Kintsugi Method for FSA Recovery’™ Courses and ‘The Inviolate Self Project’™: My primary focus now is the creation of The Inviolate Self Project, which includes the construction of twelve comprehensive video courses with supplemental written material within a dedicated online educational FSA Survivor community. Developing and launching these courses, along with a Foundational 7-Day FSA Healing Protocol™, is my core focus for 2026 as I build out the Kintsugi Method Framework™. My original thought and research will now be channeled directly into these high-priority vessels.
2. A New Publishing Rhythm on Substack: To protect my energy during this deep, intensive construction period, I am shifting my presence here, as follows:
From Articles to Daily Notes: During this time of FSA recovery course creation, I will not be publishing long-form articles weekly. Instead, I will share Daily Notes (Monday–Friday) here on Substack. These will be high-frequency “pulses” of insight to keep you anchored in your FSA recovery. You can access my Notes on Substack here: https://familyscapegoathealing.substack.com/notes. Check your account Notification Settings to get alerts for new notes, replies, likes, and restacks, or to turn them off
The Archives: My archive of public and paid articles and FSA Recovery Affirmations remain fully available to you as a foundational resource.
Community Chats: Our Truth & Transformation chat for paid subscribers will continue every Friday. My “free-form” public chats will now move to a Monthly rhythm. I’ll post the link to the “free-form” chat every week at the top of our Truth & Transformation chat for easy access. Paid subscribers may enter our paywall-protected Chat space here: https://substack.com/chat/2666152. Scroll UP to see past Chat topic threads.
3. Social Media Exodus: I have officially archived my presence on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. I will be occasionally active on LinkedIn. The only place to find new content prior to my “FSA Survivor Sanctuary” community platform and course module launch is here on Substack and at my official website “portal”: https://www.scapegoatrecovery.com.
4. Livestreams, Recorded Videos, Podcasts, & Interviews: As the course content I am creating requires that I film 12+ videos, I need to devote my time and attention to this endeavor and therefore will not be able to participate in these types of media events.
5. Regarding Individual Consultations: To honor my commitment to the rigorous construction of the twelve Kintsugi Method for FSA Recovery™ courses, I will not be performing individual consultations or accepting new clients throughout 2026. This decision allows me to shift my focus from one-time sessions to the creation of the permanent, scaleable frameworks and educational modules required for the global FSA survivor community’s long-term restoration. I invite you to remain tuned to my Daily Notes here for updates on these forthcoming resources. If you were already confirmed to meet with me last year, please email me so we can set something up.
Thank you for being part of this journey and for supporting my decision to leave the noise of the social media “marketplace” behind to focus on the FSA recovery frameworks that lead to genuine healing and restoration.
Warmly,
Rebecca C. Mandeville, LMFT, CCTP
Author, Researcher, and Director of The Inviolate Self Project.
