A New Daily Rhythm: Notes from the Inviolate Self
Introducing 'The Kintsugi Pathway of FSA Healing™' Daily Notes Series
Public Post by Rebecca C. Mandeville, LMFT, CCTP
Hello Everyone,
As many of you know from my recent update, I am currently deep in the “Construction” phase of a major milestone for our community: the development of my 12-course FSA Recovery Program inspired by the Art of Kintsugi.
This is an extensive, multi-layered endeavor requiring my full focus and dedicated “Deep Work” time. To honor the integrity of this project, I am shifting my daily rhythm: In lieu of long-form articles, I am introducing a new daily feature (Mon-Fri) titled “Notes From the Unbroken” (a small nod to one of my favorite works of fiction, Dostoevsky’s ‘Notes From Underground’).
What to Expect: These public daily notes are brief, grounded “Signal Flares” introducing you to The Kintsugi Pathway of FSA Recovery™. They are designed to offer a moment of “Bedrock” truth and biological recalibration each day as we move together from the “Melt” of family scapegoating abuse into the “Native Truth” of the Inviolate Self. Read my definition of the Inviolate Self here.
How You Can Help: Building this 12-course framework for FSA recovery is a solitary mission, but the message regarding freeing oneself from the ‘corrupt code’ of Family Scapegoating Abuse (FSA) belongs to the collective. If a particular “Note” resonates with your journey, I invite you to Restack it or share it within your own circles.
Restacking helps keep these truths visible in the Substack feed, reaching those who are still searching for the words to describe their confusing (and devastating) FSA-related experiences.
Sharing acts as an invitation to others who need to find their way to the “Clearing.”
I am grateful for your continued presence as I build the Gold Joinery of this Kintsugi FSA recovery framework.
