Sometimes, limiting or ending contact with scapegoating family members can feel difficult or even impossible for a variety of reasons. If you're in the 'family scapegoat' role and are still in contact with family members who continue to subject you to mental and emotional abuse, manipulation, gaslighting, and narcissistic behaviors, this checklist will aid you in protecting your emotional and mental health until you can effectively limit or end contact.
