TERMS OF SERVICE: The Scapegoat Solution™ FSA Digital Research Journal

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PIONEER STATUS

1.1. Contractual Parties: These Terms of Use are a contract between you and Inviolate Self Media - FSA Research LLC (“us,” “we”).

1.2. Proprietary Research & Ownership: All materials, including the pioneering term Family Scapegoating Abuse (FSA) and its associated recovery frameworks, are the exclusive intellectual property of Inviolate Self Media - FSA Research LLC. Rebecca C. Mandeville is recognized as the sole creator of these frameworks, and all rights have been assigned to the LLC for protection and distribution.

1.3. No Authorization: No third-party “FSA” therapy, counseling, coaching, recovery or certification courses, or groups have been authorized by Inviolate Self Media - FSA Research LLC. Use of this terminology by unauthorized entities is a violation of proprietary rights. Engaging with unauthorized entities is done at the user’s own risk.

2. SUBSCRIPTION MODEL

2.1. Nature of Support: This is a subscription to Inviolate Self Media - FSA Research LLC that supports ongoing primary research and the development of FSA recovery programs. It is not a contract for personalized support, clinical coaching, or guaranteed access to external platforms.

2.2. Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable unless the refund request is made within 7 days of original purchase. Subscriptions will fulfill their current term and expire as scheduled. You may contact us to request a term extension at the current subscription rate.

2.3. Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled at any time via your Substack settings. Monthly gifts are non-refundable.

2.4. Refund Policy & Processing Fees: If an annual subscription is selected in error, a refund may be requested but is not guaranteed. Approved refunds are subject to a 30% Administrative Processing Fee (the “Friction Tax”) to cover the LLC’s transactional and administrative costs.

3. COMMUNITY BOUNDARIES & ACCESS TERMINATION

3.1. Zero Tolerance: Inviolate Self Media - FSA Research LLC maintains strict clinical and community boundaries. Harassment, “Splitting,” or triggering behavior toward this vulnerable survivor population will result in an immediate and permanent termination of access (Ban).

3.2. Post-Termination Non-Interference: Upon termination of access, you are strictly prohibited from contacting other members or disparaging the LLC’s Founder or its research. Any attempt to incite “churn,” initiate fraudulent financial disputes, or damage the LLC’s reputation will be viewed as Tortious Interference and will be pursued legally by the LLC.
