1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PIONEER STATUS

1.1. Proprietary Research: All materials, including the term Family Scapegoating Abuse (FSA) and associated recovery frameworks, are the exclusive intellectual property of Rebecca C. Mandeville. 1.2. No Authorization: I have not authorized any third-party “FSA” coaching, recovery or certification courses, or groups. Engaging with unauthorized entities utilizing this terminology is done at the user’s own risk.

2. SUBSCRIPTION & DONATION MODEL

2.1. Nature of Support: This is a donation-supported e-publication. Your subscription is a gift that supports ongoing primary research and FSA recovery programs development. It is not a contract for personalized “support” or “coaching” or free access to my platforms outside of Substack. 2.2. Annual Subscriptions: Annual gifts are non-refundable. These subscriptions will fulfill their current term and expire as scheduled. No new annual terms are being offered. 2.3. Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly gifts renew automatically and can be canceled at any time via your Substack settings.

3. COMMUNITY BOUNDARIES (BANS)

3.1. Zero Tolerance: I maintain strict clinical boundaries. Harassment, “Splitting,” or triggering behavior toward this vulnerable survivor population results in an immediate, permanent ban. 3.2. Post-Ban Non-Interference: Upon being banned, you are strictly prohibited from contacting other members or disparaging the Founder. Any attempt to incite “churn” or financial disputes will be viewed as Tortious Interference and handled legally.
