Important Information Regarding Upgrading to a Paid Subscription From 'Free'
Avoid ending up with two Substack accounts when upgrading your subscription
Many of our free subscribers eventually upgrade to a paid subscription so as to enjoy the full benefits of the FSA Education Substack Community.
However, sometimes a subscriber with a free account upgrades to paid using a different email address than the one associated with their free subscription.
When this happens, you will not be able to access paid features, which can be a frustrating experience.
To prevent this from occurring, please do the following:
If you plan on upgrading your subscription to ‘paid’ at some point, you must use the same email address you signed up with as a free subscriber (the email address you see in the ‘free subscriber’ Welcome email you received upon signing up that is associated with the Substack profile subscribed to my Substack) or you may not be able to access paid subscriber features.
The emails you’ve been receiving my free posts at is the one you want to use when upgrading to ‘‘paid’.
