For survivors of family scapegoating abuse (FSA), the journey of healing often involves navigating profound cycles of contraction and expansion.

This process can resemble a "dark night of the soul," where moments of deep struggle and introspection lead to transformative growth. Just as the moon waxes and wanes, our emotional states ebb and flow, allowing us to confront and move through the full force of our psycho-emotional pain and then emerge renewed.
