Wow! Congratulations, Rebecca! You offer such value here and your best seller status is well-deserved and not surprising! I am beyond grateful we found each other. Interested in the writers group! All of it, really. Here’s to freedom from FSA, sunlight of the spirit, and healing. 🌻🫶🌻

Thank you, Kelly - I also am grateful our paths crossed here. Still figuring out a few technical issues regarding these private chat groups I want to make but hope to have the writing group and small gains group out within a couple of weeks. Nothing is easy here on Substack, it seems, always a bug or a hitch or a hump I have to work around or talk to the support team about (for example, currently I cannot edit my Substack's theme/home page), but I shall persevere!

Hey, on the browser, this is wonderful! I've had so many issues with my iphone app its ridiculous and I was having browser issues two weeks ago and now things have evened out. . Thank you for this info. and much better access and knowledge which chat is private subscriber chat and which is public and free. can't tell on the phone app. Nor will the phone app notifications take me to the spot on the thread where a comment was made. Many complaints about the app. Whew, glad I navigated here. Thanks! <3

Hi Ki, yes the app is a mess and I do not understand how Substack's team could not know this. I think most 'authors' don't do much for paid subscribers other than chat (and then maybe off-site things like zoom classes, etc). So I am now giving feedback on the app and have 15 things on my list so far. BTW, only one chat was ever public on my Substack - a very old one - ALL other chats are private and only paid subscribers can access them as I am aware how important privacy is and that's what you're in part paying for. Also, all paid subscribers can see this comment - feel free to delete it if you don't want it to show.

Where is "Start Here" on the right side of my screen on the browser? I do not have "Start Here" on this page on the right side of this "screen". Do you mean browser? It's not here. I'm honestly having so much trouble with these instructions also about accessing the chats since the very specific instructions do not match what appears in my browser. I have been a paid member for 2 months. I'm just looking for a way to begin, simply, and to participate. Where am I supposed to start if I can't access "Start Here"? I haven't been able to easily access the chats, either, and I'm very tech savvy with all forms of live text and voice/video communication/participation on discord, Geneva, have been a mod in online communities. Can you please point me to anywhere there's a "Start Here?" The instructions keep not matching my browser's layout. Thank you.

Hi Elle, I replied to you in Chat. The site directory says what days certain topic-themed chats are released. Once you enter Chat, you need to scroll UP to see recent threads, which are labelled. These threads appear in your Chat notifications when I release them. There is no way to organize chats beyond this but I have suggested to the Substack team they find a better solution. The 'Start Here' was for people new to my Substack who were not subscribed. I have now changed it so 'Start Here' shows our Site Directory for Paid Subscribers. If you choose instead to cancel your subscription, just let me know and I'll arrange for a pro-rated refund - sorry this has been problematic for you. Thanks for the feedback.
